Ted is a retired banker, a native Vermonter, and lives in Fletcher, Vermont, with his wife Kathy.  He has been turning wood since about 2012 and does it strictly as a hobby.   Now that he has saturated his family and is starting to have an inventory Ted would like to sell some bowls to offset the costs of tools, finish, sandpaper, etc.  Ted particularly likes segmented work, bowls that are created out of many wooden segments.  Segmented turning opens up so many options; and Ted says he has barely scratched the surface.   Ted enters a couple of competitions each year and finds that the challenge pushes him to reach new levels.
