Workshop: Platters
Russ Fellows Woodturning Center 26 John Davis Dr, Jericho, VTWe’ll each turn a simple platter using a minimum number of tools – mostly a bowl gouge and a shear scraper (if you have one). I’ll show a few options for platter shapes and go over various holding methods. I’ll do a step-by-step demo and then everyone will turn a platter
